Physiotherapy – Pilates

clinical pilates ormondClinical Pilates programs are designed to meet your particular needs and are run by our experienced and qualified physiotherapists and Pilates instructors. Sessions involve specific core-based exercises on specialised equipment (clinical reformers), as well as exercise balls and mat exercises which are aimed to enhance core stability, trunk strength, joint flexibility and range of movement, and also to improve muscle endurance.

Pilates is beneficial for addressing a variety of concerns including back pain, neck pain, hip and knee pain, muscle imbalances, massage and also for rehabilitation post-surgery or injury. At a Physiotherapy appointment, an experienced physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment of your problem in order to identify the main concerns and design a specific Pilates program for you.
